Echinodorus schlueteri 'Leopard' grows to a height of 10-15cm and a width of 15-20cm, this variety of Echinodorus schlueteri, is also known as "the green leopard", bred by Hans Barth in Dessau. It has distinctive black spots on the youngest leaves, which are still visible on the older leaves even though they are not so clear. A nutritious bottom promotes growth. See Echinodorus schlueteri.
