This fish is not suitable for the average fish tank, since it grows to such a huge size. Although it is a truly magnificent fish, it is also a serious predator that swallows everything and anything it can get in its enormous mouth. This fish needs lots of oxygen and a well-balanced tank but is tolerant of pH and hardness levels, so you should continue to use 'Aquatest' to get the best results. In the wild these fish are mostly caught for food and apparently make a good meal when grilled!!!!! WOW is that relevant here!
