THE FISH

Banded Corydoras

Corydoras barbatus
HABITS Although larger than other 'Cory' cats, this fish is still peaceful enough to keep in a community aquarium. However, it does have a tendency to dig and might completely bury itself in soft substrate.
SIZE These fish are one of the larger growing 'Cory' catfish, growing to around 12 cm in the wild and 8 cm in an aquarium.
