Red Phantom Tetra
Hyphessobrycon sweglesi (Megalamphodus)
| HABITS |
|
This is one of the small Tetras that will enhance any aquarium. It is a friendly little fish that does best in groups and the larger the group, the more stunning the result. It shows its best when swimming in front of a backdrop of thick plants. Make sure an area of open space is left at the front of the aquarium in order to best view its shoaling ability and how it uses shoaling as its primary defense mechanism.
