THE FISH
Aulonocara baenschi
Aulonocara baenschi
| HABITS |
|
Overall, these are relatively peaceful fish for their size, but like most Lake Malawis, they like their own territory. A definite rule when keeping these fish is that you should not keep two male fish together, as they will always fight. It is best to have an aquarium decorated with lots of rocks to provide the many nooks and crannies that these fish can employ as their territory.
