HABITS Like most Lake Cichlids, these fish are territorial. Along with that characteristic and their size, they need plenty of room. It is also best to keep just one male, as more than one would definitely fight amongst themselves.
SIZE These fish grow to around 10 inches.
FOOD See recommended sera Foods below. When using sera Granumeat, it is a good idea to soften it in water or sera Fishtamin before feeding!

SEXING The males grow larger and show better colouring than the females.
