Although these fish are piscivorous, they are very interesting fish for the large aquarium. The males are very aggressive towards the females, but not towards other fish. You should keep 1 male with several females. Do not keep them with fish that are smaller than themselves. Make sure you provide plenty of hideaways for shelter or protection.
