Siamese Shark
Pangasius sutchi
| HABITS |
|
These fish are caught wild in Thailand where they grow quite large. They are interesting to keep in an aquarium but need a large tank. They are very good looking as young fish. They live best in large groups, but should not be mixed with small fish that they can swallow. They resemble sharks more than they do catfish, which becomes very evident when they go into a feeding frenzy. They eat lots of food and do best when you keep their bellies full.
