All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For debit/credit card refunds, which are not our fault we will charge a 3% handling fee (this covers the costs we incur taking the original charge and then refunding it). All carriage costs incurred by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us via e-mail if you wish to return an item / items. We will advise you how to return the item to us. We reserve the right to charge for time and materials arising from incorrectly ordered and returned items. A 20% restocking fee will be charge to those customers where exceptions are made regarding the return of an item not deemed as defective.
We aim to keep most items in stock, and to despatch on the next working day or sooner. Occasionally this is not possible due to stock / availability issues, but we will endeavour to complete your order within 7 days. Where this is not possible the customer will be informed of the reason for delay, and part-orders may be sent with the remaining items to follow, at no extra postal cost to the customer.
